Glück Auf Real Estate is a crucial part of the Glück Auf Group. We’re concerned with modern urban development that has a feel for the region. We’re a regionally based company and have made it our goal to improve the quality of life in neighbourhoods and districts around the Ruhr – by creating attractive residential developments and giving older buildings a new lease of life.

We do all this with a passion for investing in real estate with the aspiration of generating wealth. Our team consists of 35 property experts, from estate agents to facility managers. Glück Auf real estate projects are all planned and implemented in-house – everything from multiple occupancy houses in the heart of Essen or elsewhere in the Ruhr region to 11,000m² of commercial space in Cologne.
